Landing Page Starter provides done-for-you landing page design and development services. Our services include:

• Mobile-responsive design
• Contact form integration
• 72-hour delivery timeline
• One round of revisions
• Monthly hosting services

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is as follows:

• One-time setup fee: $199
• Monthly hosting: $19.99/month

Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver your landing page within 72 hours of receiving your completed intake form and all required materials. Delivery times may vary based on complexity and your responsiveness in providing necessary information.

5. Revisions

Your package includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial delivery.

6. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services within 30 days of delivery, you may request a full refund of your setup fee. Hosting fees are non-refundable.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your landing page
• Provide any logos, images, or content you want included
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the custom design elements created specifically for your landing page. We retain the right to use your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

9. Hosting and Maintenance

Monthly hosting includes website hosting, SSL certificate, and basic maintenance. Hosting services continue until you cancel. Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before your next billing date.

10. Limitation of Liability

Landing Page Starter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to our business or other clients.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
